My name is Michaela, welcome to my creative side of the internet!

I am a Northern Virginia-based photographer currently expanding my education at the Savannah College of Art and Design. While I work in fashion and portraiture, I always draw inspiration from the world around me. I am incredibly thankful to be a part of a family of creatives that has shaped me to embrace a passion for capturing narratives through photography.

My passion for photography stems from a constant need to be creating. In my exploration of fashion and people through portraiture, I focus on crafting images that suggest a deeper story and evoke emotions in the viewer. When I frame a photograph, I ensure that every detail is carefully considered to convey a story to the viewer as if they were experiencing the moment. Whether working in fashion, documentary, or portraiture, I believe that each subject I capture has a unique story to tell, and I want to be the person to share it!
